Free, fast shipping on most orders. How much does shipping cost?
Customers get free ground shipping on all orders over $300. We ship packages to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. In the cases of Alaska and Hawaii, shipping surcharge will be applied and packages will take a longer shipping time than other 48 states. Furthermore, in the case of APO/FPO addresses, the U.S. Military handles the final stage of delivery, so we are unable to estimate the shipping times to these destinations. What are my shipping options? For your convenience, you have a choice of Ground, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3rd Day Select. Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. All orders must be placed by 2PM Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Ground shipments should arrive within 5 business days. Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take a longer shipping time.
Our web site has live link to UPS, and USPS. You will be provided with accurate, up-to-the-minute, shipping cost based on the total weight of all items in the shopping cart, the delivery method, and the target zip code.
Most orders placed on our web site by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. With 100% of the items we sell on hand, we're ready to ship most items the day you order. If your order is being shipped to any of the 50 U.S. states, it will arrive at your shipping address in 1-6 business days. (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.) If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address for faster delivery. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time. *Sales tax applies to shipments to Colorado. Do you ship outside the US? At this time, no, the website is not set up for your international shipments. However we may change this in the near future. Our plans are to be able to ship to certain countries outside the US. Please contact our Customer Care Team and we'll be happy to help you arrange your international shipment.
When will my order arrive? Once you get the e-mail from us telling you that your shipment has left our warehouse, you can figure that packages sent via Ground shipping should take approximately 5 days to arrive. Keep in mind that our warehouse is located in Southern California, so depending on where you live you might get your package in less than a week. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, so please be aware that all Air orders must be placed by 2PM, Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. My package should've arrived by now, but it hasn't. What do I do? If your package is late in arriving, please double-check the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided to you through e-mail. You can use this number to track your package online at http://www.ups.com/ or http://www.usps.gov/, depending on which carrier was used to send your package. If you've double-checked the tracking status and you're still wondering where your package is, don't worry, you're not in the Twilight Zone.
